RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. We want you to walk away happy, even ecstatic, with a twinkle in your eye. If you change your mind for any reason, the item does not suit you, or it is the wrong size/colour we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a store credit within 14 days or receiving the product subject to the following conditions:
The item must be reported to Essential Item within 14 days of receiving the order. Please email us with the subject “RETURNS”. Provide your order number, details of the item you are unhappy with and why. Please stipulate if you would prefer a “STORE CREDIT” or and “EXCHANGE” in this email. We will then advise how you can return the product.
The item must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Postage to return and resend the item is at the purchaser's expense.
Because of these time frames we suggest you try out the product as soon as it arrives, so you can return items within this timeframe.
Items must be returned in original condition. We understand the packaging will be opened.
Essential Armour does not provide refunds, only store credit.
We do not accept returns of any FINAL sale items. Final Sale items are all items marked down on the sale section of our website. If an item is discounted as a part of a promo or flash sale but will go back up to full price after the sale has finished, it is not considered FINAL sale stock and can be returned.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a store credit (in the form of a gift card) to the email address on your order.
Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
We currently cannot guarantee exchange on returns due to high turnover of stock. Where possible we will endeavour to provide an exchange. If we are unable to provide an exchange, we will provide you with a store credit.
Please note colour may vary slightly from photos. We have provided a written description to help with your choice.
Each camo silicone protector takes on its own individuality as the colours blend, so no two are alike.
Colours are not designed to copy or mimic bottle colours.
Please check the size guide provided before making a purchase.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please email us with the subject “FAULTY ITEM” and provide details or your order, the fault, and if possible, a picture. We hope you never receive a faulty item but if you do, we will be happy to offer a store credit or an exchange.
Essential Armour do not provide refunds for change of mind, ordering incorrect sizes/colour, or damage to product caused by the customer.
Essential Armour reserves the right to send a “return” back to you if it does not meet the return requirements listed in our returns policy at your own cost.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow care instructions to ensure longevity of drinkware and silicone bottle protector.
Clean your silicone bottle protector and drinkware regularly, especially after exposure to salt water and liquids.
Gently clean silicone with a soft cloth and soapy water.
Avoid abrasive agents and cloths.
Always ensure your drinkware and silicone bottle protector are dry before use.
Avoid prolonged periods of exposure to moisture between the silicone bottle protector and drinkware.
For all those SALTY SEA DOGS: Clean, rinse, dry after being out on the water.
POSTAGE DOMESTIC
We offer free postage for orders over $50.
Flat rate of $12 for all orders below $50 (domestic).
POSTAGE INTERNATIONAL
We currently don’t offer international shipping.
